Useful Tips- Chandelier Height

We are often asked questions about decorating with lighting.  For example, what is the best height to hang a chandelier. Vern Yip recently wrote in HGTV Magazine that a good rule of thumb is to measure 66" from the bottom of the fixture to the floor.  "This leaves enough room for a centerpiece and doesn't block your line of sight across the table, but still gives you strong enough light for eating."
